Name the result
A keyword should be easy to type and match the promise. If people want prices, ask for PRICE, not an internal campaign name. In iStori you define the condition; arbitrary comments do not automatically become commands.
Twelve examples
For shops: CATALOGUE, SIZES, DELIVERY. For services: PRICE, BOOKING, QUOTE. For education: LESSON, PROGRAMME, CHECKLIST. For content: TEMPLATE, GUIDE, LIST. These are suggestions, not built-in iStori commands. Attach the correct message and link to each offer.
Avoid ambiguous short words
YES, OK or a single letter can appear in unrelated conversations. Test punctuation and common typos rather than assuming every variation behaves the same. Use one clear action per post.
Keep a small offer map
Record the post, keyword, promise and message destination. Update changed offers and disable finished ones. Test both a matching and unrelated comment before extending your setup.
