Not every comment needs the same answer

Comments may contain questions, thanks or complaints. “Sent in Direct” only fits when the requested information is actually sent. Begin with a specific post and keyword.

Catalogue, booking or guide

Catalogue: “We sent the catalogue in Direct.” DM: “Here are the current models: [link]. Tell us your size if you need help.” Booking: send the booking page and offer help if no suitable time is available. Guide: deliver the promised file first. Replace every placeholder before saving.

Save the flow

Prepare the private message and optional public confirmation in iStori. Check both views. A toggle changes the editor state; save the settings before leaving the page.

Keep complex issues personal

Returns, disputes and individual circumstances usually need a person. Do not ask for private details in public comments or promise a response time your team cannot meet. Update the flow when the offer changes.
