Offer information the customer asked for: a catalogue, price list or guide. A prepared reply should help, not pretend to understand every situation.
Select the post and keyword
In iStori automation, choose one publication for the first test. Match the keyword to your caption. Check whether an empty keyword list creates a flow without a word filter before enabling it.
Write the message
Start with the promised link and one next step. Replace all placeholder URLs and test them on a phone. If prices change often, link to the current catalogue rather than copying prices into every reply.
Save and test
Connect Instagram, enable the flow and save. Leave a new comment from an eligible test account. Check Direct and message requests, plus the public reply if enabled. A preview or old comment does not prove live delivery.
