Start with a repeated question
A known answer is a good candidate for automation. In iStori, start with one post and a comment keyword. These are example workflows, not measured customer results or sales guarantees.
Shop: send the catalogue
Invite people to comment CATALOGUE. Send a working link, then ask for a product and size if they need help. Do not promise availability automatically when the flow has no connection to stock records.
Services: make booking clear
Offer a booking link in exchange for a clear keyword. Sending a link does not reserve an appointment: your booking tool or administrator must confirm it. If no online booking exists, ask for a preferred date and continue personally.
Experts: deliver the promised guide
Send the requested material first, then offer help. Test file permissions in a browser where you are not signed in. A link that only the author can open is not useful to a customer.
Local context and results
For Kazakhstan-based services, specify the actual currency, city and booking time zone where relevant. Prepare clear Russian or Kazakh wording for your audience without promising automatic language detection. Measure useful conversations, not just sent messages.
